Peppermint Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

4 peppermint candy, crushed

1 cup of espresso

5 tablespoons of cocoa powder (baking kind, preferably)

A pinch of nutmeg

5 tablespoons of boiling water

2 tablespoons of peppermint syrup

2 cups of foamed milk

Whipped cream

2 glass, mugs or cups to serve

Decorate each glass with one tablespoon of peppermint syrup, creating a swirl.
Mix the cocoa with warm water until it dissolves, add the nutmeg.
Mix the cup of espresso with the cocoa and with 3 tablespoons of the peppermint syrup.
Combine the foamed milk with the coffee, cocoa and nutmeg preparation.
Serve in the glass with care, to preserve the swirls of peppermint syrup.
Top with a swirl of whipped cream and the crushed peppermint candy.
