I can promise you. These recipes will be the best ones for you to give yourself a good start on a hot summer morning or in a rough day. They’re the perfect match for your breakfast!
The best part of the recipes is that most of them are vegan. You don’t have any excuse for not trying at least one of the magical recipes we present you today!
Coconut coffee smoothie
Your ingredients will be:
Coconut milk (cold).
Coconut water (cold).
A frozen banana.
Coffee ice cubes (or you can use regular ice cubes and then put them on the espresso).
The steps are easy to follow. The first one is to make your espresso and put it in the fridge (in case you want to use the coffee ice cubes method). If you prefer to use the espresso by itself, then you’re going to pour the espresso. After it, you'll add the coconut milk and coconut water. Finally, add the frozen banana and the ice cubes. If you want it to be sweeter, you can pour some sugar. Blend it and serve it.
Chunky Monkey smoothie
This one might be the god of smoothies. Your ingredients will be:
¾ cup of milk (depending on your preference, you can use almond milk or regular milk).
½ cup of cold coffee.
One frozen banana.
Cocoa powder.
Peanut butter.
To start with this delicious smoothie, you should blend first the four ingredients. Then, you’re going to add the peanut butter and wait until it gets smooth.
Caramel Macchiato
This is a simple but delicious three-ingredient smoothie. The ingredients you’ll need are:
One cup of milk.
One cup of coffee ice cubes.
Two dates.
You’ll only need to add all those ingredients to the blender and blend them out. If you want to, you can add some sugar to make it sweeter.
Banana pancake smoothie
½ cup of milk.
2 tbsp. of oats.
Cinnamon.
½ cup of cold coffee or coffee ice cubes.
One frozen banana.
To make this delicious smoothie, you’ll only need to put your milk, oats, cinnamon, and coffee into your blender. Then, you’re going to add the banana and blend until it gets smooth. Like I said with the last recipe, if you want to, you can add some sugar to it.
