When is the Best Time to Drink Coffee?

The ideal time to take it would be between 9:30, 11:30 and after lunch, from 13:00 noon.


The natural light is an excellent way to stimulate the production of cortisol by your body. The reason is found in that light is an attractive option to boost the production of cortisol and thus increase our alertness.
