Celebrating the nobility and multifaceted nature of these beans, Coffland Corp will teach you how to prepare four marvelous recipes to impress your close friends in the sweetest time of the day:

Dreamy Coffee Mousse
First, create a waxed paper collar. Then, blend four eggs with one cup of sugar at medium speed to create a can of cream. Meanwhile, melt one cup of chocolate chips and mix it in another recipient with two cups of whipping cream at room temperature and the coffee portion you want. Once all is ready, mix it for two more minutes and put it on the paper collar.  Place the collar in the freezer for about 3 hours. While you're serving the mousse, remove the paper and enjoy a heaven-made recipe!

Espresso cookies

Preheat your oven to 350° F while you're preparing your cookies sheets with butter and powder. Put them on a side and start to melt two sticks of butter and two cups of chocolate chip with a little bit of water. Then, combine sugar, five eggs and the coffee you like, and add it to the butter and chocolate mix.  Add a little bit of salt, baking powder and 1/2 cup of flour. The final blend will be very dense, perfect to put it on the sheets and cook it until they reach a gold-brown color and a right texture.

Parfait Café Au Lait

Pour it into parfait dishes and garnish it with cinnamon. Then you can put it in the freezer until it's solid. The final result will blow your palates!
