Coffee toffee banana bread
If you want a full calories breakfast to resist a hard day, you can make a coffee toffee banana bread. The ingredients can vary, depending on the portions and the likeness.
Mix in one bowl the pour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and instant espresso. On another bowl mix eggs, olive oil, crushed bananas and ground coffee. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones using a spatula. Then, bake it for 25 minutes. The result will blow your palates!
Greek yogurt with coffee-fig compote
If you enjoy a healthy meal, this recipe is for you. The only things you'll need are a little spoon of honey, cardamom, cinnamon, nuts and nutmeg mixed with 1 1/4 cups of brewed coffee in a hot saucepan.
Once this mix becomes a hot sweet syrup, cover your regular greek yogurt with it. You can add little-dried slices of bread for a more chewable tasty touch.
Coffee-Bacon sandwiches
Coffee and bacon sound like a great combination if you eat bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, but in this recipe, you can taste them together between two slices of bread.
To do a coffee-bacon sandwich, mix ground coffee, brown sugar, chili powder with a bit of water to create a paste. Let it marinate for a few hours while you do the homemade bread. Once its ready, take your bacon and add it with the coffee paste. Baked it a little bit and done!
Chipotle and coffee tofu wrap
For our vegan followers, this recipe will make you feel in paradise. First, cook the tofu until it becomes golden brown. Meanwhile, mix in a food processor 2 chipotles, 1/4 cup of red wine, honey, water and 1 cup of brewed coffee.
Let marinate the tofu for two hours. Then, add spinach, corn, roasted tomatoes, and the tofu to the wrap. Cover it with the sauce. You won't believe you're eating this glorious lunch!
Mocha Fudge Sauce
It can be added to your favorite desserts like ice cream or brownies for a sweeter touch. In a saucepan, dissolve espresso powder in brewed coffee. When it reaches a medium heat, add 1 cup of granulated sugar, cocoa powder, 6 spoons of unsalted butter and 1 of vanilla extract. Serve it cold for a better result.
Salty cocoa and espresso roasted almonds
Try to toss maple syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant espresso powder in a preheated baking sheet for 10 minutes. Next, add it to raw almonds and let it cool the necessary.
The sweetness of the syrup with the characteristic flavor of almond will make you travel through the dessert heaven. You won't want to eat anything else after you try it!
